Welcome to the vascular adverse events online course. This online course consists of an introduction by dr. Peter Velthuis, a video presentation of approximately 60 minutes by dr. Leonie Schelke and an exam. In this online course, using duplex ultrasound the facial vasculature will be shown, including the perforators and micro vascularity. We will explain a new hypothesis about arterial spasm. Several ultrasound videos about vascular adverse events (VAE) and their treatment will be shown.
An easy to use protocol for ultrasound guided treatments of VAE is included.
