  1. Venue Selection:
  • Choose a suitable hotel or venue with ample space (approximately 150-180 m2), tailored to the number of participants.
  • Confirm that the venue is equipped with essential audio-visual equipment, including an LCD screen and HDMI cable for presentations.
  1. Dates and schedule:
  • Confirm course dates, ensuring a minimum of a 3-month lead time due to ultrasound device/system reservations.

  • Identify qualified trainers for the course sessions
  1. Registration and communication
  • Online registration system is available via Cutaneous (contact info@cutaneous.org for details) including welcome email and access to the 6 hours of online material which should be completed prior to the course

  • Certificates for participants are available exclusively via Cutaneous upon completion of the online attendance form.
  • Utilize survey forms provided by Cutaneous for collecting valuable feedback.

  • Ensure seamless logistics for the event day, encompassing registration desks, signage, and on-site support staff.
  • Develop a contingency plan to address any unforeseen issues.
