Puffy oedeem vessel
Malar edema ( or lower eye lid edema ) after by filler treatments in the peri-ocular region may be caused by veno-lymphatic compression by filler deposits. Filler deposits located in the SMAS may compromise the venous system. Filler deposits located on the periosteum may also accidentally compress a vessel.
